How can I get involved with CHIP?

Dedicated individuals and organizations are the backbone of CHIP.  There are many ways you can get involved and start creating better health in your community.  Everyone is welcome!   

CHATs are groups of volunteers focused on improving the health of a specific community.  CHATs identify and research health issues facing the community, then take action to address these issues.

Community Health Interactive
The Interactive brought together a diverse group of people to foster creative collaborations with the goal of improving community health in Sarasota County.  Now the conversations continue in forums designed to turn plans into action.
